Recall sufficiency hearing:
Randy Dorn 3-30--2011 at 9:30 AM

Mr. Randy Dorn violated State Law his recall is being sought for violations of the State Constitution and violating RCW 28A.655.071.

    The only court case still active at this time are....

    Appeals headed to Appeals Court Division I.

    These involve the failure of the district to supply a certified correct ranscript of evidence used in making a decision within 20 days of an appeal of a board decision.

    This involves two cases.

    The NTN Contract and an appeal of the school closures.
